In this photo assignment I took pictures of Shadows and light . I thought it would be a unique assignment because it was sunny out and I could take nice pictures, In this picture I too a picture of the curtain in my room because I thought the zig-zags looked cool. f/3.5 1/500 ISO 160 For the rest of the assignment I continued to shoot pictures that had a shadow that looked interesting. Most of my pictures were from curtain or blinds lighting which would cut out some of the light and make it look cool.

In this assignment I chose Joel Klomega as my model to pose for my pictures. This assignment focused on portrait pictures and I thought that he would be the perfect model.
In this photo assignment I took this picture because I thought it was unique and kinda cool. The things that I like in this picture are the positioning of the camera and her hand.
For this photo assignment I forgot to take pictures so I used past pictures to make my assignment. I then changed this picture to grayscale and went with it. I liked this picture because of the texture in the vase and how it has been beaten down, it makes the vase look vintage. f/ 3.5 1/60 ISO 250 These are pictures that I picked out and would call my "best". In my opinion most of them look better in B&W.
In this assignment I shot "macro" which is basically very up-close pictures that focus on a small portion of an object. In this photo I got really close to a candle and blew it out so the smoke looked fresh. This picture stuck out to me because of the texture of the candle. f/ 3.5 1/80 ISO 160 For the rest of the assignment I continued to shoot pictures very up close as well as I could but it was a little rough.
In this photo assignment I chose the topic "nature" because I really like being outside and experiencing all the different things nature has to offer and just enjoy it. I took many pictures of different things but this one stuck out to me for some odd reason. The texture in the branch is very appealing to me, and the way the other branches go in all different directions is somewhat eye catching. f/ 3.5 1/80 ISO 1600 For the remainder of the assignment I continued to take pictures of anything that looked interesting to me. Basically all shots of objects or plants in my backyard.
In this photo assignment I chose the topic of food, because I like food. I made many creations to try and fit the requirements and make it look like I actually put in some effort but for some reason this photo stuck out to me even though it was very simple. All it is, is some almonds and pecans in a small bowl. f/ 3.5 1/20 ISO 800 For the rest of this assignment I continued to make different creations to make different types of pictures. Because I enjoy making food and being creative with it.
In this photo assignment my topic/genre was still-life. My mom has candles all over the house so I was easily inspired. Once I saw these candles I decided to get creative so I tried different shapes and looks with these candles. f/ 3.5 1/10 ISO 800 In the rest of my assignment of still-life I went around my house to find items to use that i could get creative with and use them for good pictures. I mostly used checkers and chess pieces that I've had for a very long time. Thank you for taking the time to view my work :).
